Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Tharshana Kailayapillai. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to children in a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for children.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their emotional and physical well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their cognitive and social development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring children receive a balanced diet.
  • Supervise and care for children, providing individualized attention and support.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations, ensuring children receive prompt and appropriate care.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Vulnerable sector check.
