Quality Assurance Associate

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be instrumental in facilitating the daily functions of our Transportation Team in Quebec.
- Support transportation evaluations and shipment assistance within the Quebec region.
- Oversee the status of Transportation Quebec deliveries and resolve any challenges that arise.
- Organize and streamline both domestic and international shipping documentation.
- Manage claims related to product loss and damage.
- Assist the Transportation Manager with various initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate and manage fleet operations effectively.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and Health & Safety regulations.
- Deliver updates on route status reports to pertinent departments.
Qualifications:
- A college or university degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the transportation field.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Capable of identifying process enhancements and executing innovative solutions.
