Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced painter to join our team as a Seasonal Crew Painter. As a member of our crew, you will be responsible for completing painting projects from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete painting projects from start to finish, including preparation, painting, and clean-up
  • Ensure daily cleanliness of the work site and project area
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners and business owners to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage projects and take initiative in day-to-day responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a vehicle
  • High school diploma
  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary)
  • Full-time commitment hours weekly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Coachable
