About the Role

As a key member of our Corporate Underwriting team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing customized insurance solutions for our internal clients. You will work closely with our Underwriters to design and deliver unique Personal Lines Home and Auto solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products and industry trends
  • Collaborate with Underwriters to design and deliver customized insurance solutions for internal clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory requirements
  • Refine existing or develop new products and guidelines to meet customer needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Underwriters to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Underwriting experience, with a focus on High Net Worth insurance
  • Completed or pursuing CIP, FCIP designations
  • Strong customer service background and team-first mentality
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
