As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them to achieve their insurance goals and protect their families with tailored solutions.

• Provide customers with expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services, helping them to make informed decisions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and develop personalized solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships.
• Collaborate with the agent team to achieve marketing goals and promote the Desjardins brand.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product offerings, providing expert knowledge to clients and colleagues.

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain).
