About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team at Rainbow Kitchen Craft Ltd. as a key member of our custom cabinet shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study plans, specifications, or drawings of articles to be made, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete units, reinforcing joints for a seamless finish.
  • Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products, preparing and applying laminated plastics as needed.
  • Apply varnish, veneer, stain, or polish to finished products, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products, maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Work Environment

Our cabinet shop is a dynamic and creative workspace where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in cabinetmaking or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials.
