Parking Lot Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team at 1269172 BC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our parking facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair Coordination: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair work to be carried out on our parking facilities, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained.
- Team Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as other administrative tasks as required.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the operation of our parking facilities.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, as well as train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and implement strategies to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities, including mentorship programs, diversity training, and awareness initiatives.

Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
