Job Summary

This role is responsible for generating accurate results while adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements. The successful candidate will analyze various samples, including packaging materials, raw materials, and process validation samples, using chemical and instrumental techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform analysis of samples using analytical instruments and established procedures.
  2. Compile and maintain accurate records of analysis performed.
  3. Identify and report any out-of-specification or questionable results to the supervisor.
  4. Assist in the completion of lab investigations under the direction of the supervisor.
  5. Perform daily calibration of lab equipment.
  6. Work collaboratively with the team to meet departmental goals and initiatives.
  7. Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
  8. Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or a related field from a recognized institution.
  2. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills.
  3. Technology and Instrumentation: Familiarity with UV, FT-IR, and chromatography techniques.
  4. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical analysis.
