Position Overview

As the Canine Care Facility Supervisor at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pet retreat, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all animals.

Work Conditions

Work Environment
  • Engagement in search and rescue operations
  • Involvement with police dog and canine services
Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage daily activities of the facility
  • Assess and enhance operational procedures
  • Organize and plan daily tasks
  • Develop and enforce policies for staff
  • Manage budgets and inventory effectively
  • Oversee marketing and advertising contracts
  • Recruit, train, and supervise team members
  • Address and resolve client concerns
  • Collaborate with a team in shared supervisory roles
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of animal enclosures
  • Conduct grooming and care for animals
