Additional Responsibilities
  • Newcomer and Refugee Support: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster, providing them with opportunities for integration and success.
  • Indigenous Community Support: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, fostering partnerships and promoting reconciliation.
  • Visible Minority Support: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and development.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
