Job Title: Digital Vice President of Global Architecture and Platforms

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Digital Vice President of Global Architecture and Platforms to lead our technology teams in delivering innovative and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Global Architecture and Platforms Department to develop and implement a global architecture vision that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Digital leadership to drive standardization, consolidation, and reusability across our technology system portfolio.
  • Establish a distributed governance framework that lays the foundation for architecture standards and ensures teams conform to the framework.
  • Lead the team to own the backlog and roadmap for technical products managed within the Global Architecture and Platforms organization.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics partners to formulate a robust data architecture for use within enterprise integrations.
  • Establish the approach for and lead the team to provide tools and frameworks that allow other technology teams to deliver their own APIs and workflows that leverage cloud workloads.
  • Lead a team of solution architects to collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure that the architecture supports business processes and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with our Cybersecurity team to ensure solutions comply with security guidelines and establish the approach for a global Secure Software Delivery Lifecycle blueprint.
Requirements:
  • Firm understanding of various software development lifecycles, including SCRUM, agile, and waterfall.
  • Experience with setting up Distributed Architecture Governance, Work Management, Version Control software, Testing Automation, and DevOps principles and methodologies in an Enterprise Technology Environment.
  • Software Development Language(s) and Tools, API management and integration software and services.
  • Highly data-driven and experience influencing and onboarding teams to measure their delivery velocity and quality using DORA metrics.
