About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Enns Brothers in Winnipeg West. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and NW Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support existing customers through regular communication and in-person visits
  • Uncover new sales opportunities and build customer relationships
  • Prepare quotes and conduct equipment demos
  • Manage inventory and provide input into purchasing plans
  • Complete all sales documentation required, consistently following the sales process
  • Represent the company at trade shows, clinics, and events

Requirements

  • Well-developed sales and customer relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • A valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with Golf and/or Commercial Turf equipment
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Professional sales and/or John Deere training
