Position Overview

As a member of the Paladin Security team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their patrons. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring safety and upholding security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering positive relationships with clients and visitors.
  • Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises, address policy violations, and report any issues.
  • Respond promptly to security alarms and emergencies, ensuring professional handling of each situation.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively, providing support and coordinating with emergency services such as police, fire, and medical teams.
  • Implement crowd control measures and remove unauthorized individuals when necessary.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing incidents, emergencies, liabilities, and daily activities.
  • Administer first aid and medical assistance as needed.
  • Utilize communication tools, including two-way radios and software applications, to report site activities.
  • Oversee Lost & Found inquiries and manage related items.

Qualifications:

Mandatory: Possession of a Class 5 Advanced License or higher.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service aptitude.
  • Excellent observational capabilities.
  • Ability to make swift decisions while remaining calm in emergency situations with minimal oversight.
  • Physical capability to walk 18/20 km and navigate stairs.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
