Food Service Operations Manager

Tim Hortons is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food service operations, ensuring high-quality food and beverages are served to our customers, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize daily food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff.
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
