We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Trudel Sécurité. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and Respond to Incidents: Investigate and respond to incidents, including unlawful acts of employees or patrons, and take appropriate action to maintain order and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor and Control Access: Monitor and control access to restricted areas, and enforce regulations to prevent unauthorized access.
- Patrol and Inspect: Patrol and inspect assigned areas to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft, and to ensure the overall security of the premises.
- Operate Security Equipment: Operate security control room equipment, including cameras and alarms, to monitor and respond to security incidents.
- Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, including assisting with special needs and providing information and support as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Certifications: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles), CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Security Guard License.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, judgement, reliability, team player, punctuality, and positive attitude.
