Position Overview

Queen Bee Hotel is currently in search of a dedicated Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team.

Position Details:

· Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

· Salary: $16.17~$19.00/hour (based on experience)

· Available Positions: 1

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of housekeeping personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental standards and regulations.
  • Maintain inventory and procure necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Involve in the recruitment, training, and oversight of housekeeping staff.
  • Organize maintenance and report on equipment and machinery status.
  • Maintain financial records, employee schedules, and related documentation.

Qualifications:

· Education: Completion of secondary education is mandatory.

· Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required.
