About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team at RSR Road Surface Recycling Limited. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction operations and ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Pave and rake asphalt, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, minimizing waste and environmental impact.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning up chemical spills and removing rubble and debris.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to handle heavy loads.
