Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Operations and Solutions Support (OSS) Team within the Global Anti-Money Laundering (GAML) group at TD Bank Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering business requirements and test planning, preparation, and execution on a broad range of projects varying in risk, size, and complexity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of AML transaction monitoring and customer risk rating systems
  • Lead complex projects independently, ensuring successful delivery of requirements, testing, and testing artifacts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions
  • Design and implement effective testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Business Analysts and peers
Requirements
  • 7+ years of related business analysis experience
  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Science)
  • Proficient in SQL, SAS, VBA, and hands-on experience in analytics
  • Strong ownership mentality, with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2+ days/week in the Toronto office)
