Job Description

Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store display.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.

Great to Have:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
