We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our exceptional team at one of our facilities.

**Position Details:**

  • Permanent role with a rotation schedule.

**Compensation:**

  • Starting at $32.84 per hour, plus comprehensive health and dental benefits.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of residents' needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
  • Administer medications as per established policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor care staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the care team.

**Qualifications:**

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Background in Dementia care is preferred.
  • Cultural education and experience are preferred.

**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent

**Pay:** Starting at $32.84 per hour
