Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Convenience Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient inventory management, and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
  • Inventory Management: Plan and organize inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
