Fitness Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Fitness Consultant to join our team at Quans Hot Yoga. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising professional staff, program leaders, and instructors, as well as coordinating special events and managing contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and program delivery
- Coordinate special events, such as workshops and seminars, to promote our services and engage with the community
- Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as fitness or business
- Experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
