Dishwasher Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Bistro Koz. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a hygienic environment.
- Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are spotless and ready for use.
- Place clean dishes in storage areas, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, as needed.
- Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue and maintain their condition.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, ensuring the kitchen remains clean and free of odors.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
