Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Clarity Hiring. As a key member of our industrial plumbing team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, valves, and fixtures in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair pipes, valves, and fittings in industrial structures
  • Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes using hand and power tools or machines
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  • Perform regular inspections of pipes and plumbing fixtures
  • Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used
  • Ensure compliance with local and provincial safety regulations
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of apprentice program with five years' experience
  • Licensed plumber
Work Environment
  • Work indoors in a noisy environment with varying temperatures
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, such as heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and crawling
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 50lbs
