Job Title: Bilingual Maintenance Coordinator

At Dormez-vous?, we are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address maintenance needs and priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other maintenance management software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations.
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).
