Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
- Food Preparation and Service
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to our guests.
- Operate dishwashers, wash dishes by hand, and sanitize kitchen equipment.
- Replenish condiments and supplies in the dining area.
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Take orders and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Inventory and Stock Management
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of food quantities and inventory levels.
- Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
