We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Operations Manager to join our team at Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving and Quality Control: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure their expectations are met.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange for repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support hotel operations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, and vision care benefits.
- Work Term: Permanent.
