Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Ecommerce Web Manager to join our team at RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. as a Director of Ecommerce. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong background in ecommerce, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage the revenue, expenses, and profitability of the online business, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce platform, including site updates, promotions, and customer service.
  • Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Function as the primary point of contact, primary administrator, and internal expert of the ecommerce strategy and systems.
  • Optimize the customer journey and user experience to improve conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversion through paid and organic channels.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure smooth operation of the ecommerce business.
  • Integrate and reinforce data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Extensive ecommerce experience, including management of large-scale ecommerce platforms resulting in an increase in customer lifetime value and revenue for the company.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions.
