Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the development of annual budgets and strategic plans
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and business support
  • Professional designation or working towards a designation (CPA, CFA, MBA, or similar)
  • FP&A experience in supporting business operations (Finance, HR, Credit and Collection, Legal, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret financial results and communicate them to non-financial users
