**Commercial Cleaning Position Available**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Light Duty Commercial Cleaner at ServiceMaster Building Maintenance. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning Duties: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of horizontal surfaces.
- Washroom Maintenance: Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers, and ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
- Garbage and Recycling Management: Emptying garbage and recycling bins, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Specialized Cleaning Tasks: Spot cleaning of walls and glass, sanitizing touchpoints, and performing additional tasks as requested.
- Client Interaction: Establishing positive rapport with clients, providing exceptional service, and exceeding client expectations.
- Adherence to Company Policies: Conducting all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in English both written and verbally.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Physical Demands: Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings.
- Teamwork and Independence: Works well independently and in a team environment.
- Previous Experience: Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial.
