Position Overview

As a Structural Welder at Innovative Metal Works, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of metal structures. Your expertise in welding techniques and machinery will be essential in delivering high-quality products.

Educational Requirements
  • No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Weld or bolt metal sections together to create durable structures.
  • Establish reference points and patterns for accurate assembly.
  • Assemble and fit plates and sections to construct various metal frameworks.
  • Utilize rigging techniques to hoist and transport materials within the worksite.
  • Install fabricated components into the final product with precision.
Welding Techniques
  • Proficient in ARC spot welding.
  • Experienced in TIG and MIG welding methods.
Equipment Proficiency
  • Skilled in operating grinders, drills, and cutting torches.
Specialization Area
  • Focus on structural metal or steel fabrication.
Work Environment
  • Position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle demanding tasks.
Required Tools
  • Must possess steel-toed safety boots and a welding helmet.
