Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Sail O'clock Yachting Services is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our team in the tourism industry. As CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the company, ensuring its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Lead and manage a team of senior managers and department heads
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage the company's budget and financial resources to ensure profitability and sustainability
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role in the tourism industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
