Swim Instructor Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor Supervisor to join our team at Goldfish Swim School - Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and swim lesson quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor swim instructors to deliver high-quality swim lessons
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents
  • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to instructors
  • Interact with parents and guardians to ensure their satisfaction with our services
  • Identify and resolve challenges that students encounter
  • Inspect pool areas and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues
  • Maintain and store pool equipment
  • Report accidents and incidents to management
Requirements:
  • Current Lifesaving Society - National Lifeguard Certification
  • Aquatics Supervisor Trained - AST Certification
  • Current Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED
  • Previous experience in swim instruction or supervision
