Drywall Installer and Finisher Job Description

DARI CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installer and Finisher to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall to ensure a smooth and durable finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to create a seamless finish.
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces to ensure a strong bond.
  • Fills joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat, if required.
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings.
  • Install acoustic tile, hangers for suspended ceilings, and metal studs for composition wallboard or lath.
  • Install exterior and interior steel studs.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the trade.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
