Poste de Technicien(ne) Finances

La Ville de Terrebonne recherche un(e) technicien(ne) finances pour rejoindre son équipe de direction de l'administration et des finances. Le candidat idéal possèdera une solide expérience en gestion financière et une maîtrise de l'outil Excel.

Responsabilités
  • Participer à la préparation d'une analyse synthèse des résultats financiers et des écarts entre les résultats réels et le budget.
  • Participer à la planification et à la coordination du processus budgétaire, proposer les gabarits utiles, effectuer la collecte des informations et compiler les données.
  • Recueillir, analyser et consolider les données des directions afin d'obtenir des projections budgétaires, préparer les rapports sommaires et les soumettre à son supérieur pour approbation.
  • Effectuer les validations requises entre les résultats présentés par les directions et les données saisies au système et obtenir les explications des écarts de la part des directions.
  • Effectuer l'enregistrement des données budgétaires relatives aux avantages sociaux futurs ainsi qu'aux données des nouvelles estimations.
  • Préparer les écritures d'amendement budgétaire et les ajustements des résultats révisés.
  • Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des divers services ou directions, relativement au processus et au suivi budgétaire.
  • À la demande de son supérieur et selon ses spécifications, concevoir certains modèles de rapports ou tableaux.
  • Recueillir et compiler les informations requises à la production des indicateurs financiers.
  • Préparer et faire approuver la correspondance relative aux placements temporaires.
Exigences du poste
  • Certificat universitaire en finance et un minimum de trente-six (36) mois d'expérience pertinente.
  • Maîtrise du chiffrier Excel.
Aptitudes et habiletés
  • Autonomie.
  • Profondeur d'analyse.
  • Priorisation, planification.
Conditions de travail

L'horaire de travail est du lundi au jeudi de 8 h 15 à 16 h 30 et le vendredi de 8 h 30 à midi. Le taux horaire de cet emploi est de 38,79$ (salaire 2021) et les conditions de travail sont celles prévues à la convention collective.
