Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced.NET developer to join our team in Montreal and work on projects for our international clients. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and development of customer projects, including new applications, feature enhancements, and problem correction.
  • Conduct needs analysis to define the architecture of innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Develop technical and functional specifications for projects.
  • Evaluate development efforts for new solutions or improvements.
  • Implement developed solutions into production and manage change.
  • Assist in pre-sales efforts, including effort evaluations and technology analysis.
  • Ensure high development standards by following the software development lifecycle, including code review and unit testing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development activities, including agility, code assembly, automated testing, and deployment.
  • Provide support to colleagues and mentor junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with new solutions and technologies in the market.
  • Work collaboratively with Agile-Scrum teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft.Net C#, ASP.NET, Web API technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of front-end development, including React, Angular, and VueJS.
  • Strong relational database skills, including ORMs and DAOs such as Entity Framework and SQL language.
  • Good knowledge of basic DevOps concepts, including Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages, including Java, PHP, Node.JS, and Python.
  • Experience working in an Agile and collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
  • Good communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a love of teamwork.
