Job Summary

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our Saskatchewan & Manitoba region. As a key player in the growth and development of our product support program, you will work closely with our Sales, Parts, Service, and Branch teams to execute and develop key objectives for the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Regional Strategy
    • Own the development of annual business plans for the region, focusing on sales and margin growth.
    • Educate and direct our Customer Support Specialists to promote our product support initiatives within the region.
  • Manage CSA Processes
    • Oversee call reporting, CRM, and target setting processes to ensure efficient and effective customer support.
    • Assist Customer Support Specialists with customer calls and key accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Develop and track KPIs for Customer Support Specialists to measure performance and drive improvement.
  • Market Intelligence and Analysis
    • Provide market intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends to inform business decisions.
    • Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and motivate a team of Customer Support Specialists to achieve sales and margin growth objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Sales Management Experience
    • Proven track record in sales management, with a focus on driving sales growth and margin expansion.
  • Industry Expertise
    • Strong industry knowledge in the heavy equipment business, specifically in the areas of repair and maintenance.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen
    • Ability to analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
