**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in California. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the administration of radioactive materials and the operation of nuclear medicine equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Administer radioactive materials to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
  • Operate nuclear medicine equipment, such as gamma cameras and positron emission tomography (PET) scanners
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Develop and implement procedures for the safe handling and disposal of radioactive materials
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care

**Requirements:**

  • Current licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Experience working with nuclear medicine equipment and radioactive materials
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
