- Collaborates effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Facilitates client-centered care by aiding patients and their families in adapting to evolving healthcare requirements.
- Exhibits a profound knowledge base, grounding practice in nursing science along with relevant disciplines from other sciences and humanities.
Work shifts will be organized for both days and nights, rotating between 07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00 hours.
About the Unit:
The healthcare facility caters to a broad geographical region, providing essential services and maintaining high standards of care through an active Perinatal Committee.
The unit comprises 4 delivery rooms, 7 postpartum beds, and 5 female medical-surgical beds, staffed by a dedicated team of Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. Collaboration with maternity care providers, including Obstetricians, Pediatricians, Family Physicians, and Midwives, is a cornerstone of our practice.
