Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care in Mississauga. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct resident care with interdisciplinary team members
  • Supervise unregulated staff and students in the unit
  • Communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
  • Assess, prioritize, and manage resident care needs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Current Certificate of Competence in good standing from the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Previous experience in a long-term care setting
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Proven clinical experience with a resident-centred care focus
