As a Digital Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in defining, executing, and sustaining integrated technology solutions that empower our customers and colleagues to take on the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prioritize product requirements, epics, features, and enhancements based on business value, risk mitigation, and stakeholder input defined by the Platform OKRs.
  • Collaborate with risk management and legal teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that all product features and processes comply with relevant financial accounting standards and legal regulations.
  • Monitor and interpret external regulatory requirements relevant to the product and business lines.
  • Develop and implement internal processes and product features to ensure compliance with these external regulations.
  • Monitor product performance and risk metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on risk management, financial accounting, or legal operations.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple lines of business concurrently and implementing external regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting standards and legal regulations.
  • Experience with dual risk rating methodology - PD and LGD.
  • Experience with vendor relationship management and contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing risk management platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
