About the Role

Axiomatic Technologies Corporation is seeking a skilled Electronics Service Specialist to join our team. As an Electronics Service Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing electronic equipment and assemblies, diagnosing and locating circuit, component, and equipment faults, and testing and adjusting repaired products for proper functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair, inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify faults and defects.
  • Repair and Replace Defective Parts: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools.
  • Diagnose and Locate Faults: Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults, and identify the root cause of the problem.
  • Test and Adjust Repaired Products: Test and adjust repaired products to ensure they are functioning properly and meet the required standards.
  • Calibrate Products: Calibrate products using hand tools to ensure they are functioning within the required specifications.
  • Complete Work Orders and Reports: Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports, and provide detailed documentation of the work performed.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronics repair and maintenance.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, and electronic equipment, excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure to meet customer expectations.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, lift heavy equipment, and work in a variety of environments, including urban areas.
