Lead Windows Systems Engineer

As a key member of the Digital Workplace and Infrastructure team at Raymond James Financial, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability and performance of critical technology systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Identity and Access Management, hybrid Active Directory, and digital workplace technologies.
2. Utilize exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to enhance IT planning, service delivery, and governance, ensuring seamless business operations.
3. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the long-term efficiency of network and systems.
4. Administer and maintain remote monitoring and management systems, including updating agent scripts and responding to alerts.
5. Deploy, configure, and manage infrastructure solutions based on application requirements and anticipated growth.
6. Configure, maintain, and support network services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange environments.
7. Manage and troubleshoot all aspects of Active Directory and Azure EntraID, including synchronization and user accounts.
8. Participate in the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation for domain technologies.
10. Provide off-hours support for critical production issues as part of the on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or equivalent IT experience.
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in deploying, administering, and upgrading Microsoft Active Directory and related services.
- Expertise in managing Office 365 Exchange environments and troubleshooting email authentication issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online administration.
- Strong communication skills and advanced problem diagnosis capabilities.
