* Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the warehouse and sales floor
* Assist customers with their shopping needs, including answering questions and resolving issues
* Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous retail or warehouse experience an asset
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
