• Operate and handle various construction tools and equipment
• Perform general labour duties, including shoveling and assisting with site cleanliness and equipment maintenance
• Assist in hauling materials and wielding power tools
• Master the art of aggregate equipment operation

• G driver's license and clean abstract
• Lift 50lbs
• Comfortable working outside in extreme weather conditions and flexibility to work extended hours and weekends, when required

• Surface Miner Certificate
• Previous experience in the aggregate industry
• Loader experience
