Job Summary

Metro Inc. is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Grocery Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our grocery department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandising: Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure that merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Product Knowledge: Good product knowledge, with the ability to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
