Position Overview

As an Automotive Cleaning Specialist at POIRIER HYUNDAI, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our vehicles. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality cleaning services.

Education Requirements
  • No formal education is required.
Work Environment

The position involves working in a warm and damp environment, utilizing various cleaning equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate specialized cleaning machinery.
  • Thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
  • Wash and polish windows and glass surfaces.
  • Vacuum and tidy up vehicle interiors.
Certifications

It is beneficial to possess a Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.

Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience with carpet cleaning machines.
  • Familiarity with chemical cleaning tools.
  • Ability to operate polishing and pressure cleaning machines.
  • Knowledge of waxing equipment.
Cleaning Experience

Previous experience in cleaning:

  • Carpets and rugs
  • Buses
  • Automobiles and trucks
Transportation Requirements

A valid driver's license is necessary for this role.

Physical Demands
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks.
  • Must be able to handle physically demanding and repetitive tasks.

Experience Level
