We are seeking a skilled Landscape Laborer to join our team at All Season Tree Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various outdoor maintenance tasks.

• Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
• Tie and secure plants to ensure stability and safety.
• Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
• Cut grass and rake and collect refuse to keep our work sites clean and tidy.
• Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
• Lay sod or seed to create lush, green lawns.
• Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance our clients' outdoor spaces.
• Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth.
• Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
• Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to keep them thriving.
• Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including chain saws, sod cutters, and sprayers.
• Perform snow maintenance operations, including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment.

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate equipment safely.
• Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.
• Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment as required.
