Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our Truck Team as a Field Service Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, safely operating our trucks, and removing junk from residential and commercial locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by being friendly, positive, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Truck Operations: Safely drive and load our trucks with a team member, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Junk Removal: Remove junk from residential and commercial locations, including heavy and light lifting, and ensure proper disposal and recycling.
  • Marketing: Promote our brand and services to customers, advocating for our company's values and mission.
  • Sales: Provide estimates to customers, educate them on safe disposal and recycling practices, and offer solutions to minimize landfill impact.
  • Safety: Ensure the safe navigation and driving of trucks, as well as the intelligent loading and unloading of customers' belongings.
Requirements:
  • 18+ years of age
  • A valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
  • Availability to work at least one day on the weekends
  • Reliable, hard-working, with a great attitude
  • Able to lift 50lbs. repeatedly
  • Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience is an asset but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in delivery driving, truck driving, construction, moving, demolition, general labor, warehouse work, or service industry
