We are seeking two empathetic and dedicated Registered Nurses who possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Our nursing professionals in the Home Care Program work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, sharing a common objective to deliver essential care to our clients. This role demands effective time management and adaptability to meet diverse client needs.
About the Organization: The Lac La Ronge Indian Band is committed to enhancing health and wellbeing within our communities. We strive to provide accessible, high-quality health services and programs, working collectively to build capacity and educate while addressing both immediate health needs and the broader determinants of health.
Role Responsibilities: The Home Care Nurse will deliver community-based nursing services under the direct supervision of the Home & Community Care Nursing Supervisor. While primarily based in La Ronge, travel to various LLRIB communities will be necessary. The nurse will employ teaching, assessment, and nursing skills to assist clients in achieving an optimal level of independent functioning. The Saskatchewan First Nations Home and Community Care Manuals will guide the nursing care provided.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, be registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS), and hold a valid driver's license with a willingness to travel.
